I’ll Never Bake Cookies From Scratch Again

Meet the “cake-mix cookie”:

cookies

I googled “chocolate cookies” and found a recipe for cake-mix cookies. Basically, all you do is eliminate the water in the recipe; you simply add 1/3 cup oil and 3 eggs to the cake mix, add 2 cups of chocolate chips, or butterscotch chips or peanut butter chips (whatever you like). Bake for 8-10 minutes and enjoy.

Simple. And delicious!

Hey Jen: you just make a CAKE mix recipe minus the water, and spoon it onto cookie sheets like cookie dough.

Always one to look for an easy way out, I tried these with a ‘devil’s food’ mix and milk and white chocolate swirl chips – a BIG hit with the cookie monsters in my house. Thanks for sharing!

Huh? I don’t get it? I know, I know…big surprise. But really…what are you supposed to do?

I have a whole book of cake mix recipes. There’s a peanut butter one that my husband just loves!
